A2P-Compliant Mobile Messaging Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and communications programs of Christobal S. Rodriquez Jr., REALTOR®, a licensed Texas real estate sales agent sponsored by Monument Realty (“we,” “us,” “our”), including our SMS and email communications. By using our services or opting in to our communications, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Christobal S. Rodriquez Jr., REALTOR® may send SMS text messages and emails to individuals who opt in. Messages may include real estate service updates, listing and open house information, appointment confirmations and reminders, homebuyer readiness education, and promotional offers related to our real estate services. Message frequency varies.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly authorize Christobal S. Rodriquez Jr., REALTOR® to send text messages to that number, including messages sent using an automated system. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any real estate service. Marketing messages and non-marketing (transactional/informational) messages require separate consent, and you may opt in to either or both.
Our messaging program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly send text messages to anyone under 18.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to (469) 737-9891. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. You may also opt out by contacting us at [email protected].
If you want to rejoin after opting out, you can opt in again using the same method you used to enroll originally, or by texting START to (469) 737-9891.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies; you may receive up to 4 messages per month, with additional messages in response to your requests or during an active transaction. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your use of the messaging program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://go.rodriguezrealtyteam.com/privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
